1. Digital Products

All purchases are for digital in-game items, ranks, or perks on the Fourleaf Reborn Minecraft server. No physical products will be shipped.

2. Donations

Purchases are voluntary and are made to support the development and maintenance of the server. Any rewards received are considered digital benefits.

3. Delivery

Purchased items are usually delivered automatically within 5 minutes after payment.

If you do not receive your purchase within 30 minutes, please create a support ticket on our Discord with your payment receipt.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Because digital items are delivered instantly, refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes are not accepted unless required by law.

Attempting a fraudulent chargeback may result in:

  • Permanent removal of purchased items.
  • Permanent ban from Fourleaf Reborn.
  • Suspension of future purchases.

5. Rank Transfers

Donation ranks and purchased items are tied to the Minecraft account used during checkout.

Transfers to another account are not guaranteed and are only considered at staff discretion.

6. Server Changes

Fourleaf Reborn is an evolving server.

We reserve the right to:

  • Balance donor perks.
  • Modify, replace, or remove features.
  • Update ranks and permissions.
  • Change gameplay mechanics when necessary.

These changes are made to maintain server balance and do not qualify for refunds.

7. Server Availability

While we strive to keep the server online, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen events may temporarily affect server availability.

8. Rule Compliance

Purchasing a rank does not exempt players from following server rules.

Breaking server rules may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent bans.
  • Removal of purchased perks without refund.

9. Minecraft EULA

Fourleaf Reborn follows Mojang's Minecraft Commercial Usage Guidelines.

All purchased items comply with the Minecraft EULA.
